WhatsAI Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the WhatsAI platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Services Provided WhatsAI is committed to providing users with WhatsApp-based marketing services, including but not limited to campaign management, contact management, chatbot services, and more. The Platform will make every effort to ensure service stability and continuity but does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In case of force majeure, technical failures, or other reasons that result in service interruptions or anomalies, the Platform will strive to restore services within a reasonable time but shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users. 3. User Rights and Obligations Rights: You have the right to use the services provided by the Platform in accordance with these Terms and platform policies. You may manage and use your personal data under applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Obligations: Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly. Do not use the Platform to engage in any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to spamming, violating privacy rights, or infringing intellectual property rights. Comply with the Platform’s usage rules and restrictions. Do not disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform. 4. Users may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission. Any content generated by users during the use of the Platform remains the property of the user. However, by using the Platform, the user grants the Platform a global, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform operations and service provision. 7. Termination of Services If a user violates these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to terminate services to the user at any time without prior notice and may delete all data related to the user from the Platform. The Platform also reserves the right to suspend or terminate operations of the Platform at its discretion, in which case users will be notified in advance. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms shall be governed by [Applicable Law].
